Affordable car rental and car hire is available from Kingstar Chauffeured Cars. We have cheap and competitive prices. Our top priority is to adjust each package we offer to our customer’s exact needs. We offer a variety of options that can enhance your experience, always according to your necessities and help you get the best out of your holidays or your business trip.

We don’t charge any joining or establishment fees and we don’t have any minimum rental periods also notice periods are not required for ending your vehicle rental. For all of our rental vehicles we offer unlimited kilometres with 24 hour roadside assistance for your peace of mind. We look after the regular servicing of our rental vehicles and we provide an option for a replacement vehicle while your chosen rental vehicle is getting serviced.

REQUIREMENTS:

Driver Licence.

All full current Australian and overseas or international licences printed in english are accepted. Drivers should be at least 25 years old.

Payments:

Vehicle quotes are for cash payments. Payments via credit cards will attract a 2% surcharge in addition to the quoted price. This surcharge will reflect in your booking confirmation and will be applied at the time of collection. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, bank transfer, EFTPOS and cash for payment only.

Credit Card:

At the time of rental we require the cost of the rental plus a pre-authorisation $500.00 for passenger vehicles on your credit card as a security bond. The security bond is held throughout the rental period and returned in full if no further changes apply.

Cancellation Policy:

Kingstar Chauffeured Cars will charge a minimum cancellation fee of $50.00 if 7 or more days notice is provided prior to the day of collection. If less than 7 days notice is given or if you do not show on the day of rental the cancellation fee will be equal to 50% of your rental cost.
